Pie at Home

Below are the baking and serving instructions for fruit, meat and pecan pies.

Fruit Pies

From frozen, bake in pre-heated oven @ 400F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325F for 1 hour. Optional: mix 1 egg yoke with 1 tbsp. cream. Glaze and sprinkle with sugar. Bake additional 15-30 minutes until filing bubbles in the center. Allow to cool for 2-4 hours to thicken filing. Enjoy!

Clean tip: bake on a cookie sheet for easy clean up.

Meat Pies

From frozen, cover with tin foil and bake in pre-heated oven @ 425F (fan on high) for approximately 1.5 hours. Remove foil and bake additional 20-30 minutes until center bubbles. Enjoy!

Pecan Pies

From frozen, thaw on the counter and serve. For extra gooeyness and goodness warm up in pre-heated oven @ 325F for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
